Fix Parenting Struggles – Chaos to Calm

Parenting is a sport. We often feel tired; like you’re barely keeping your head above water. The sleepless nights, the constant worrying, the messy tantrums (in public, of course)… yeah, I get it. Parenting can be overwhelming, to say the least.

It’s not just you

You’re not alone in feeling like you’re winging it most of the time. We all are! But here’s the thing: with a little support and guidance, you can build a strong, happy, and healthy family.

How to survive

  1. Rest and recharge: Take breaks, sleep when you can (if you have small people), and prioritise activities that bring you joy and relaxation.
  2. Ask for help and support: Accept offers of help, connect with fellow parents, and seek professional guidance when needed.
  3. Set realistic expectations: Recognise your limits, say no to some commitments, and prioritise your own needs (I can help you with this).
  4. Practice self-compassion: Treat yourself with kindness, just as you would a close friend. Yes I said kindness for you.

That’s where I come in! I am a qualified facilitator of many evidence-based parenting programs. From new parenting to teenagers. These programs are designed to help you navigate the ups and downs of parenting with confidence. You’ll learn how to communicate effectively, manage your child’s behaviour, and create a nurturing environment that fosters connection and growth.
